Liberty Fest - Working the Beer Tent for Pollinators

Event Chair: David Hammond

DETAILS:

Greetings everyone!  Here's a chance to dust off your Hawaiian shirts and support a good cause.

As a fundraiser for Creating Habitats for Pollinators, we have been given the opportunity to staff the beer tent at Canton's Liberty Fest at the Heritage Park Amphitheater for 3 hours on Thursday, June 18th.  We will be working from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.  We volunteer our time, and CHP will get a donation.

We need 14 individuals and would love to have your help. No experience is necessary, and we will alternate through a wide variety of tasks ranging from beer pouring to taking tickets to checking id's to cleanup.  Should be a fun way to hang out at Liberty Fest and raise money for a good cause.

And if you can wear something pollinator or flower-related, even better!

Please note that a liability release form will need to be on file before you can participate in CHP activities. Please download here, sign it, and bring it to the event.  https://creatinghabitats.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/CHP.Hammond-Release-and-Waiver-of-Liability-12-25.pdf  Any questions?  Reach out to David Hammond at david@creatinghabitats.org .
