Dartmouth College, Hanover, & Lebanon, NH Locations

In April/May 2024, Creating Habitats for Pollinators (CHP), in conjunction with Dartmouth College’s “Class of ’89 Pollinator Project,” prepared and planted >44,000 sq. ft. of wildflowers at 11 locations in the towns of Hanover and Lebanon, NH. The planting locations included Dartmouth College’s Kemeny Courtyard, Organic Farm, Sustainable Living Center, and Baker/Berry Library. In Hanover, we planted the Old Dartmouth Cemetery and in Lebanon, we planted wildflowers at a historic cemetery in Lebanon, the recycling center, and 3 sites along the Mascoma River Greenway trail. Fall of 2024, saw new plantings at Dartmouth College’s Wilder Hall, several parking lot islands, and the residence of Dartmouth President Sian Beilock.
